With our growth plans, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our UK Manufacturing team.
About the Role
The position is responsible for the assembly of TNA equipment according to customer needs, following blueprints, engineering drawings and other written and verbal specifications.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and assembly of products as specified by work orders, diagrams and templates – using hand tools, power tools and metalworking machinery
- Fit and assemble components using fixtures, hand tools and portable power tools such as grinders, drills, power wrenches and riveters.
- Mounting and connecting auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment
Skills, Qualifications and experience
- Trade qualification in mechanical fitting, engineering or similar trade
- 3 years of mechanical assembly experience or similar
- Completion of accredited apprenticeship training program in mechanical engineering
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
