Job Title: Care and Support Worker

Salary: £13.15 per hour

Location: Walkers Wood, Telford, TF2 7FF

Hours: Varied Hours Available

About Walkers Wood

Walkers Wood has 76 Apartments where we support 12 Apartments in a secure location of the building for individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia and also support 17 individuals with a variety of needs. We support with personal care, Medication support, Meal preparation, Domestic support, Social and also shopping.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that they up hold our values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Care and Support Worker, you will bring the below values and behaviours.
