About the Role
As a Client Liaison / Legal Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, providing a warm and professional welcome while assisting with initial enquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued while gaining valuable experience in legal administration.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for a graduate with experience in customer service, telephone-based work, or client-facing roles. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to legal processes, and as you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to progress at your own pace—whether that’s moving into a Paralegal position or other legal career paths.
Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Answer incoming calls, handle new enquiries professionally, and accurately record key details.

Client Reception: Meet and greet clients visiting the office, ensuring they feel welcome, offering refreshments, and engaging in light conversation.

Legal Administration: Assist with basic admin tasks such as document preparation, filing, and updating case records.

Coordination: Liaise with solicitors and clients to ensure seamless communication and efficient scheduling.

Learning & Development: Gain valuable legal exposure, with opportunities to progress into a Paralegal role and beyond.
About You
✔ Graduate-level education (law background is a plus but not essential).
✔ Experience in customer service, client relations, or telephone-based roles.
✔ Confident and professional communicator – in person and over the phone.
✔ Friendly, approachable, and able to put clients at ease.
✔ Organised and detail-oriented, with strong admin skills.
✔ Eager to learn and develop in a legal environment.
