OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Strong supervisory qualities with the ability to organise and motivate the Front Office team to deliver outstanding service.
The confidence to tackle daily operational challenges and have a solution-focused mindset
Experience in a hotel environment with a solid understanding of front office procedures and guest service standards..
A track record of being able to create outstanding guest experiences in a high-expectation environment
The ability to drive efficiency and high standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Lead by example – ensure Front of House team members uphold department standards throughout your shift
Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, making every moment special
Train and develop the team to meet The Collections standards and evolving business needs
Maintain consistency and excellence in service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere
Provide administrative and operational support to the Front Office Manager, including assistance with meetings and a variety of day-to-day tasks.
Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team, maintaining continuity, team performance, and service excellence.
Confidently resolve any front office issues in the absence of the Front Office Manager
