Job Description

Purpose - to undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Firm. To ensure the successful development of the Firm in-line with the business plan.

The Role

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
Providing support to colleagues as required, particularly during absences.
Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.

Requirements

Completion of degree, and LPC or technical qualification.
Strong IT skills. A good working knowledge of word is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will need to be dependable and flexible to business needs, as overtime will be required occasionally to include working weekends. You will need to be smart in appearance with a pleasant and friendly manner.
