Overview

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Fire Sprinkler Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in systems engineering, construction, and fire protection technology. The role involves supporting the design, development, and implementation of fire sprinkler systems across various projects. Candidates will gain hands-on experience working with industry-standard software and technical tools, contributing to the safety and efficiency of building infrastructure. This paid trainee position is ideal for those eager to develop their engineering skills within a collaborative environment.

Duties

Learning design principles of fire sprinkler and fire misting systems
Learning project management and communication skills
Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning, system design, and maintenance procedures.
Review technical drawings including schematics
Contribute to documentation processes related to project development, system schematics, and technical reports.
Experience
A background or strong interest in engineering
Strong organisational skills
Be willing to travel around the UK (all travel expenses reimbursed)
Must hold a Full UK driving license
Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: From £19,530.00 per year
