Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Full-Time Front of House & Assistant Wedding Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
This is a varied position combining front of house responsibilities with assisting in the planning and delivery of weddings and events. You’ll be the welcoming face of our venue while helping ensure every couple’s special day runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional approach.
Assisting front of house operations and customer enquiries.
Supporting the Wedding Coordinator with planning and event preparation.
Assisting with wedding set-ups and ensuring event spaces are presented to a high standard.
Liaising with suppliers, couples, and venue staff.
Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
Helping to ensure weddings and functions run seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Previous experience in hospitality, events is preferred but not essential.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
