Inside Sales Development Specialist

Location: Redditch (Office-Based)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for customer engagement and business growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in fluid management solutions, supporting sales initiatives and driving new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Engaging new customers through targeted campaigns and lead generation activities.
Managing inbound leads, assessing potential, and ensuring swift follow-ups for maximum conversion.
Identifying opportunities to convert customers from competitor products and increase market share.
Tracking and progressing warm leads through collaboration with sales and channel partners.
Maintaining and optimizing the CRM system (Salesforce) to enhance efficiency and performance.
Supporting sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

What Our Client Are Looking For:

Proven experience in internal sales or customer service within an industrial setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss technical specifications.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred).
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
