Summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Paralegal to join our Dunstable Office, supporting work across multiple practice areas including:

Family Law
Private Client (Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney)
Personal Injury
Litigation

This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring solicitors — the role will count towards your Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) for the SQE route.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing legal and administrative support in our Dunstable Office.
Managing case files from inception to completion, including document preparation, bundling, and client liaison.
Conducting legal research and preparing draft correspondence and documents.
Using Leap case management software (experience preferred but not essential — training provided).
Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

A “can-do” attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think independently and work on your own initiative.
Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are vital.
