Looking for a Reformer teaching role in an established, professional Pilates studio?
Power of Pilates has been helping people move better for over 18 years, with dedicated Reformer studios in Lower Earley (Reading) and Crowthorne.
We're passionate about high-quality Pilates teaching and creating an environment where both our clients and instructors thrive. We regularly bring internationally recognised Pilates educators into the studio for in-house training days, workshops and continuing professional development, alongside ongoing mentoring for our teaching team.
The Role
We're looking for a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team for regular weekly classes, with additional cover opportunities available.
You'll teach small group Reformer classes and occasional 1:1 sessions, working with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to experienced movers.
Our Reformer classes are intentionally kept small (8–9 clients), giving you the time and space to deliver high-quality teaching while still providing individual attention to every client.
You'll be a great fit if you...
- Hold a recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
- Have a strong understanding of anatomy and movement
- Are confident teaching mixed-ability Reformer classes
- Can provide appropriate progressions and regressions
- Communicate clearly with a calm, professional teaching style
- Are reliable, organised and enjoy working as part of a supportive team
