Full job description

What we are looking for.

We are seeking a part time Massage Therapist with an interest in our holistic approach to our treatments that we offer here at Thames Lido.

Rate of Pay: £15.97 an hour

Rota Schedule: Monday-Sunday: Early shift: 8.15am-15:00pm & Late shift: 15.00pm-21.45pm

(A 4 week rolling rota will be given).

X3 Saturdays a month needed for this position with an ability work a mixture of early & late shifts throughout the week. Mostly lates required for weekend.

We offer an Emergency Shift Rate of £21.00 per hour for shifts that are covered within a 24-hour framework of last-minute sickness/absence.

This person will be Level 3 or above trained, enjoy working within a relaxed environment that values learning, development, inclusion and teamwork.

The Role

As a Level 3 / 4 Massage Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first class service delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with performing all trained scrubs, facials and massages. As a Massage Therapist, you will be offered excellent training and development to enhance your skills.

Successful candidates can look forward to:

Three Course Meal for your Birthday for two at Bristol Lido, Thames Lido or Three Brothers Burgers (Once you have passed your 3-month probation)
OpenUp Wellbeing Platform.
50% off treatments at Thames Lido or Bristol Lido (Mon - Thurs booking)
50% off food whilst on shift.
20% off Food or Drink at Thames Lido, Bristol Lido or Three Brothers Burgers in groups up to 6 people. (Staff member must be within the party of 6).
Full use of the Pool and Spa facilities at Thames Lido and Bristol Lido – at management discretion due to capacity levels. You are entitled to bring one guest with you for free, extra guest will be charged £5 per person. (Towels are not included)
Quarterly Massage for Therapist Teams (Mon - Thurs booking).
Annual Staff Party Recruitment Bonus of £100 if you recommend someone to work with us and they pass their 3-month probation.
Management and Employee Development Plans and Courses.
Department specific Training Co-Ordinators who are on site, working with the team to develop all employees at a much more personal level.
