Full job description

Job Summary

The role will initially be offered on a part-time basis (equivalent to one full day per week, or split across two shorter days). Flexible working arrangements will be considered, including atypical working patterns (for example term-time working), subject to business needs. Working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate. It is hoped that in the future the role could develop to encompass more hours.

The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Accounts/Office Administrator and training can be given regarding the Software used for accounting. It is, however, anticipated that the successful candidate will have some previous office or administrative experience.

Location: Serviced office space in Northallerton

Pay: £13.50 Per hour

Assistant Office Administrator Job Description

· Being involved in the day-to-day office functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently;

· Providing administrative support to colleagues;

· Answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel;

· Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary;

· Processing Purchase and Sales invoices;

· Maintaining and organising office files, both physical and digital;

· Supporting the organisation and delivery of company events when appropriate; and

· Performing data entry tasks and reconciling results.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
