Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse working during daytime hours, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a compassionate, efficient, and professional manner. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services, ensuring patient safety, and supporting recovery through expert clinical skills. Duties

Assess patient conditions thoroughly and develop individualized care plans aligned with medical directives.
Administer medications accurately following prescribed dosages and schedules, ensuring patient safety at all times.
Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to treatments, promptly reporting any concerns or changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medication regimens, and post-discharge care instructions.
Maintain precise documentation of patient care activities, medication administration, and clinical observations in compliance with hospital policies.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Uphold strict infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess and respond to patient needs.
Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care with professionalism and empathy.
Expertise in medication administration, including understanding drug interactions and contraindications.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information to patients, families, and team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of clinical procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements essential for quality nursing practice.
