Are you an experienced manager who enjoys working outdoors, leading people and making a difference?
We're looking for a Care Farm Manager to lead our Care Farm in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a welcoming and inclusive environment where people with learning disabilities and autism can spend time outdoors, learn new skills, build confidence and take part in meaningful opportunities.
As Care Farm Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the farm, supporting colleagues, volunteers and people we support to make the most of everything the farm has to offer. From animal care and horticulture to community activities and learning opportunities, you'll help create a place where people can thrive.

Leading the day-to-day running of the Care Farm and making sure it is safe, welcoming and well organised.

Supporting and developing a team of colleagues and volunteers.

Making sure high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and animal welfare are maintained.

Creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism to learn skills, build confidence and work towards their goals.

Building positive relationships with families, local organisations, education providers and community groups.

Managing budgets and resources responsibly.

Looking for new ways to improve the farm and the experiences of the people who use it.
You might already be working as a Care Farm Manager, Farm Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager or Operations Manager. You could also have experience leading teams in social care, education, horticulture, agriculture, outdoor learning or community-based services.
We'll be looking for someone who:

Has experience leading and developing teams.

Is passionate about helping people achieve the things that matter to them.

Has experience managing services, projects or day-to-day operations.

Understands the importance of safeguarding and health and safety.

Is organised, practical and confident making decisions.

Enjoys building relationships and working with a wide range of people.

Has a relevant leadership qualification or equivalent experience.
