We're looking for a Specialist Finance Broker to join our growing, multi-award winning team and develop their career within specialist finance.
This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals and former senior bankers, helping clients secure commercial mortgages, bridging finance, buy-to-let and business loans across a wide range of funding transactions.

About the Role
You'll work with clients from initial enquiry through to completion, helping them navigate the specialist lending market and find suitable funding solutions.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role.
We focus on understanding our clients, structuring deals properly and delivering the right outcome, even when that means taking the more difficult path.
Typical enquiries include:
- Commercial mortgages
- Bridging finance
- Buy-to-let finance
- Business lending
- Property investment and refurbishment projects
You'll work closely with clients, lenders, solicitors and valuers throughout the funding journey, supported by an experienced team around you.
Importantly, we generate the majority of business opportunities internally, meaning you can focus on advising clients and delivering outcomes rather than spending your time prospecting for leads.
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in attitude, values and potential than a specific list of qualifications.
You will, however, need some experience within a lending, banking, finance or broking environment.
You may be:
- A broker in the early stages of your career looking to broaden your experience
- Working for a bank, lender or packaging firm and considering a move into broking
- An ambitious finance professional looking to build a long-term career in specialist finance
While qualifications are welcome, we place greater value on attitude, integrity, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in banking, lending, finance or broking who is ready to build a long-term career in specialist finance.
