Job Summary
Elf Forest is a magical outdoor Christmas experience, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us as Christmas Elves. This is a varied role where you’ll cover many areas of being an elf — from welcoming guests and running activities, to assisting with performances, helping Santa, and keeping the woodland village full of festive cheer.
Responsibilities
- Teach children about the magic of Christmas through interactive activities.
- Maintain a cheerful demeanour at all times, promoting a positive environment.
- Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly, professional, and festive manner.
- Assisting Santa with visits.
- Helping with children’s activities and crafts.
- Supporting storytelling or performance areas.
- Guiding school groups and families around the village.
- Providing general event support to keep the experience running smoothly.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a safe and magical experience.
- Follow schedules and complete assigned tasks reliably.
- Maintain enthusiasm and energy throughout long, outdoor shifts.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
- Flexible and happy to take on different roles as needed.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with children and families.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather.
- A genuine love for Christmas and creating magical experiences.
