Deputy Manager (Children's Home)

Where you will be based: Blackpool

The Service Users: The Deputy Manager will be supporting up to 4 with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Learning disabilities or EBD, depending on the home you are allocated to (multiple opening)

Number of children’s homes in the group: 12+

Growth Plans: Our client is dedicated to expanding their reach and enhancing the support they provide. By the end of 2024, they aim to open 2 more children's home.

What does Progression look like: Clear career advancement opportunities within the growing organization, with a focus on personal and professional development, with clear routes to Registered Manager, Dual Management and Service Manager.

Working Week and Pay:

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rolling rota shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Sleeps: Occasional sleep-in shifts are required, with additional payment provided.

What you will need/Non-Negotiables:

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social care or related field.

Driving Licence: Essential.
