Full job description

Job Summary
Elf Forest is a magical outdoor Christmas experience, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join us as Christmas Elves. This is a varied role where you’ll cover many areas of being an elf — from welcoming guests and running activities, to assisting with performances, helping Santa, and keeping the woodland village full of festive cheer.

Responsibilities

Teach children about the magic of Christmas through interactive activities.
Maintain a cheerful demeanour at all times, promoting a positive environment.
Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly, professional, and festive manner.
Assisting Santa with visits.
Helping with children’s activities and crafts.
Supporting storytelling or performance areas.
Guiding school groups and families around the village.
Providing general event support to keep the experience running smoothly.
Work as part of a team to deliver a safe and magical experience.
Follow schedules and complete assigned tasks reliably.
Maintain enthusiasm and energy throughout long, outdoor shifts.

Requirements

Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
Flexible and happy to take on different roles as needed.
Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with children and families.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Comfortable working outdoors in winter weather.
A genuine love for Christmas and creating magical experiences.
