Company Description

RENNYCO LIMITED is a well established 40 yrs old family run business specialising in security fencing and access control solutions to our clients. We also supply fencing and gates within the industry. We operate a subsidiary company "DARLINGTON STEEL" supplying steel to the building trade and private customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor / Administrator at RENNYCO LIMITED in Darlington. Working hours are 8.00am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Skills / Duties

Provide a welcoming, professional service to customers, building strong relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone) understanding their needs to offer appropriate products and solutions to deliver the best customer experience possible.
Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our product range to provide accurate advice and support.
Process customer orders, payments, deliveries and account updates using in-house systems, keeping customers informed throughout their journey.
Receive, check and store deliveries, reporting any missing or damaged items.
Maintain accurate stock levels through replenishment and regular stock counts.
Pick, pack, load and unload customer orders safely and efficiently, including manual handling and forklift operation (training provided).
Maintain high standards of branch presentation, ensuring the shop floor, warehouse and customer areas are clean, organised and well-stocked.
General administration duties supporting our small team.
Comply and assist with ISO audit requirements.
Create and manage our social media posts.
Comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and housekeeping standards, promoting a safe working environment for colleagues and customers.
Participate in ongoing training and development and undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the branch.
