Your Role

As a Shop Assistant, you’ll play a key part in making our stores a success. You’ll:

Welcome and serve customers, offering expert advice and product recommendations
Set up and demonstrate devices for new customers
Handle sales, payments, returns, and till operations
Keep displays stocked, tidy, and eye-catching
Maintain tester devices and shop cleanliness to the highest standard
Work closely with your team to hit store goals and create a great environment

What We’re Looking For

Passionate about vaping (knowledge/experience required)
Friendly, approachable, and great at talking to all kinds of people
Motivated by sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
Well-presented, organised, and professional
Willing to learn new products and grow with us
Able to travel (driving essential)

The Details

Job Type: Full-time (minimum 32 hours per week, including weekends; overtime available)
Experience Required:
Vaping: 1 year
Customer Service: 1 year
Work Location: In person
