We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Concierge at Hawthorns Northampton Care Home in Upton, Northampton. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.
Other responsibilities will include:

Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.

Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.

Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.

Completing administrative duties as required.
ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must:

Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.

Be able to handle multiple priorities.

Have good organisational skills.

Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
