The Property Shop is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Lettings Manager to lead our growing lettings department from our Bodmin office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.
Working within our friendly and ambitious team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our lettings portfolio while helping to continue the expansion of one of Cornwall's most respected independent agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Carrying out rental valuations and winning new instructions.
- Overseeing property marketing and tenancy progression.
- Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation.
- Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors.
- Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews and deposit matters.
- Providing outstanding customer service at every stage of the tenancy.
- Supporting the continued growth of our lettings business.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within residential lettings.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Professional, motivated and able to work independently.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning business.
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence holder.
ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
