The Package
Salary: £24,686 per annum Pro-Rata
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent, Business Support.

Key Responsibilities
Kitchen & Food Prep

Assist chefs by washing, chopping, and prepping fresh ingredients.
- Create, package, and display fresh sandwiches and paninis.
- Adhere to strict food safety guidelines, especially regarding allergen labelling.
Front of House & Customer Service

Serve food and beverages with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Craft delicious, Barista-style hot drinks to high brand standards.
- Operate the till, managing cash floats, card payments, and transactions.
Hygiene & Setup

Clean and sanitise food prep areas, countertops, and utensils.
- Support the pot-wash station by washing cutlery, crockery, and dishes.
- Keep all dining and service areas spotless, organised, and tidy.
Stock & Operations

Assist in receiving deliveries, which includes lifting and moving items to storage.
- Restock campus vending machines and help with the monthly stock-take.
- Dispose of rubbish correctly, supporting the college's commitment to recycling and reducing waste.
