Full job description

Our client is currently seeking a Contract Traffic Marshall to join their team on a site in England. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site traffic flow, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting with vehicle movements on site. This role requires close coordination with site management to maintain smooth and safe operations, making it ideal for individuals with experience in traffic management and banksman duties. The Traffic Marshal will play a critical role in maintaining site safety, helping to minimise risks associated with vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman on construction sites
Valid CSCS, CPCS, or equivalent certification
Good understanding of traffic management procedures and safety protocols
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety standards
