Full job description

Want to learn how to build a startup by helping grow one? This is a founder's associate role — you'll work directly alongside me on everything that drives growth and builds the brand: web, ecommerce, ads, content, product, and the systems that tie it together.

We do water filtration properly: premium systems for homes across the UK and soon Europe, sold direct online and through a consultative process. We're scaling, and I'm hiring my right hand to help do it.

No two days are the same. One day you're tuning Meta and Google campaigns and reading the data; the next we are reviewing and sending product, sharpening the product offer, or jumping on the phone to make sure a customer is happy. You'll touch the whole stack — paid acquisition, ecommerce, brand and content, product, CRM and AI tooling, and fulfillment.

I want a generalist operator with horsepower and a builder's instinct — scrappy, creative, ambitious, quick to learn tools and ship. If you want to understand how a modern brand gets built and sold end to end, this is a rare seat, with a clear path into leadership as we scale. I care about brains, taste, and graft, not a polished CV.

What you'll help me do

Run paid acquisition — Meta/Google ads, testing creative, reading the numbers
The website and ecommerce experience — Webflow, checkout, conversion
Shape the brand — voice, look, content, social, video, collateral
Help sharpen the product and how we position
Convert inbound leads on the phone and muck in wherever needed
Supply chain management

What I'm after

A hard worker who'll turn their hand to anything and figure it out
Can roll up your sleeves and help me pack a sale or guide a plumber to an install
Happy to build things with claude code etc.
Sharp, organised, reliable — able to crack on independently
Good with people and on the phone

What's on offer

£25,000–£36,000 depending on experience, plus generous ESOP
