What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on role from day one. You won't be sat at a desk learning from a script; you'll learn by doing, working alongside experienced consultants and sales managers who will coach you in real time.
- Managing the full sales cycle with business customers, from first contact through to closing
- Handling both internal sales (phone, email and video) and external, face-to-face client meetings
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects and existing accounts
- Working closely with senior consultants and sales managers on live client contracts, learning how deals are structured, negotiated and delivered
- Collaborating with teams across marketing, operations and account management to understand how the whole business runs and grows
- Preparing proposals, quotes and follow-ups to a professional standard
- Working towards clear daily, weekly and monthly targets with full support to hit them
- Attending regular training sessions, one-to-one coaching and team performance reviews
To be clear: this is a commercial, business-to-business environment. This is not door-to-door sales and it is not a commission-only role.

No previous sales experience is required. We hire on attitude, work ethic and coachability, and we train everything else.
Please note: applicants must have the right to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fully on-site role in Digbeth, so a reliable daily commute to Birmingham is essential.
