Family Law Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor - Reading Office
We are looking for a paralegal/trainee solicitor to join our Family Law team.

The Role
The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, meeting with clients, and preparing cases for court hearings. The successful candidate will be expected to work with fee earners conducting family law matters efficiently while maintaining professional and ethical standards and providing high-quality client care.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with qualified solicitors to prepare both family and childcare cases.
Requirements
- Ability to develop and expand a case load with good client care
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client care, with a focus on empathy and clear communication
- Adherence to high professional and ethical standards
- Work well as part of a team
