HJMP Flooring Ltd is looking for experienced Carpet and Vinyl Layers to join our growing team. You will be installing high-quality flooring on commercial and residential projects including hotels, restaurants, care homes, offices, and private homes across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional installation of carpet, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), sheet vinyl, and associated flooring products
- Subfloor preparation, levelling, and repairs
- Accurate measuring, cutting, and fitting to a high standard
- Working on both occupied and unoccupied sites
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpet and Vinyl Layer (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential flooring installation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (van beneficial)
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
