Part-Time Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist Wanted

About Us

Back On Track Sports Rehab is a newly established sports therapy and rehabilitation clinic focused on helping clients reduce pain, recover from injury, and improve physical performance.

Back on Track Sports Rehab is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to help develop our online presence and promote our growing sports rehabilitation clinic.

This is a flexible part-time position that may suit a freelance marketer, marketing professional seeking additional hours, or someone looking for a role that fits around other commitments.

The role

You will take an active role in planning, creating and publishing engaging content across our social-media platforms. You will work closely with our clinic team to produce informative, professional and approachable content that showcases our services, treatments and expertise.

Responsibilities will include:

Planning and managing a regular social-media content schedule
Creating engaging posts, graphics, captions and promotional content
Helping to film treatments, exercises and educational videos
Editing short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Creating content using platforms such as Canva and CapCut
Developing ideas for campaigns, offers and educational posts
Scheduling and publishing content consistently
Reviewing performance and suggesting ways to improve engagement and reach
Helping turn social-media activity into enquiries and bookings
Ensuring content reflects the professional image and tone of the business

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience managing social-media accounts for a business or organisation
Is confident creating and editing short-form video content
Can produce professional and visually appealing graphics
Understands how to create content that encourages engagement and enquiries
Is comfortable working independently and bringing forward new ideas
Has excellent written communication and attention to detail
Is reliable, organised and able to manage their own workload
Is confident working with Instagram and Facebook

Experience within healthcare, fitness, sport, wellbeing or a service-based business would be beneficial but is not essential.

Please include examples of social-media pages, campaigns, graphics or video content you have previously created with your application.

Hours and working arrangements

The role will initially be for approximately 6-8 hours per week.

Some hours will need to be completed at our Cleckheaton clinic to film and create content with the team. Other duties, such as editing, planning and scheduling, may be completed remotely by agreement.

Working days and times can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Pay

£14–£16 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
