OVERVIEW OF POSITION
Here at The Nu-Life Group, we provide expert exterior building cleaning, window cleaning and restoration, and industrial cleaning in Manchester and the Northwest for commercial buildings at the highest level.
Due to a period of continued and significant growth, we are expanding our team and we are looking for experienced cleaning professionals, who will be responsible for:
- Pressure Washing
- High-Level Cleaning
- DOFF Steam Cleaning
- TORC Stone Restoration
- Roof Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Jet Washing
- Graffiti Removal
- Working at height

KEY SKILLS / QUALITIES
- Minimum of 2 years experience of one or more of the services listed above (Essential)
- Full clean driving licence (Essential)
- Hardworking and enthusiastic (Essential)
- Experience of compliance with Health and Safety regulations (Essential)
- Experience with industrial cleaning (Essential)
- Knowledge of chemicals and associated materials (Essential)
- Flexibility with working hours (Essential)
- Must be courteous, well presented, punctual, and have high standards
- CSCS Accreditation (Desirable)
- IPAF Accreditation (Desirable)
- PASMA Accreditation (Desirable)

HOURS OF WORK
Due to the busy nature of the work we do, flexibility is a must as our working patterns and shift start and finish times can vary. Weekend work will be required, as our working patterns are 5 days over 6 with a midweek day off and overtime is also available for Sunday work.
WHAT WE WANT
You will ideally come with an understanding of Health and Safety procedures and a commitment to achieving high standards.
A full clean driving license is essential as is a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
You must be a keen learner, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and relish the opportunity to learn all aspects of the role.
