We're looking for a Production Manager to join our Weymouth Road Dairy and become an important part of our leadership team. You will be required to work 45hrs per week.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operation, working alongside our Site Manager to lead people, maintain standards, solve problems and help the dairy continue to develop and improve.
Our dairy is well established, highly regarded and supported by an experienced and committed team. We're looking for somebody who can help us build on that success.
The role
You'll help lead our production operation and support our supervisors and teams to deliver the high standards our customers expect.
You'll play an important part in:
- Leading and developing people.
- Maintaining quality, food safety and operational standards.
- Planning and organising production activities.
- Supporting continuous improvement.
- Solving problems and removing barriers.
- Developing capability within the team.
- Building strong working relationships across the dairy.
- Helping ensure the operation continues to improve and grow.

Some days you'll be solving problems.
Some days you'll simply be helping the team through a busy shift.
