About Us:
Wheeldon Brothers Waste LTD is a well-established, family-run waste management company operating across Greater Manchester. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and high standards of service to both commercial and domestic customers.

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to operate a bin wagon (refuse collection vehicle). You will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and transportation of waste materials, working as part of a small team to complete daily routes.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and operating a bin wagon safely and efficiently
Completing scheduled collection routes in a timely manner
Working alongside loaders to collect commercial and/or domestic waste
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
Maintaining a high level of customer service when interacting with clients
Keeping paperwork and records accurate and up to date

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous experience driving refuse vehicles (preferred but not essential)
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
