Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated junior private chef to prepare nutritious and delicious meals for a single football player. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in African and Nigerian cuisine and a passion for cooking healthy meals.

Responsibilities:

Prepare dinner 3 to 5 days a week, adhering to dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
Prepare and leave meals for two days when not cooking.
Plan and create a diverse menu that includes African and Nigerian dishes.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Collaborate with the client to understand preferences and dietary restrictions.
Source quality ingredients and manage inventory.

Qualifications:

Experience as a private chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of African and Nigerian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
