Kensington Consultants Limited is a leading consultancy that specialises in government backed schemes relating to missold solar claims. We are looking for driven and energetic Telemarketers to join our call centre team. Your role will focus on promoting and progressing claims for missold solar systems, helping residential and commercial customers understand and pursue claims relating to their solar PV systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads interested in claims for missold solar systems
- Educate customers on their eligibility and the process for making a missold solar claim
- Understand customer circumstances and recommend tailored next steps
- Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline via our CRM
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs
- Guide customers through the claims process
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and incentives
What You Bring:
- Experience in a sales, call centre, or customer service role (energy industry a bonus)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in sustainability and clean energy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
What We Offer:
- First 2 weeks (training): £15 per hour + £50 commission per deal made
- Thereafter: commission only, £200 per deal made
- Following the full training period, the option to work 1 day in the office and 4 days remotely
