Full job description

Think Business Support Limited is a professional provider of business to business property related maintenance across London at the wider South East region. We operate a large number of contracts with Local Councils, Housing Associations, Facilities Management Companies, Property Management Companies, Property Developers as well as Businesses in the Private Sector. Our company was first established in 1987, benefiting from regular growth since, and developing into the strong and structured business it is today.

Due to our continued growth we are seeking an experienced Office Cleaning Operative to clean commercial premises in the High Ongar area.

Duties will include the cleaning of office areas, including toilets, canteen and welfare facilities.

This is a part-time permanent position, 3 times a week for 3 hours per visit. The visit can be completed either early in the morning, finishing before 8.30am, on Monday, Wednesday & Friday or in the evening, starting after 6.00pm, on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

Cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. Reliability, conscientiousness and the ability to work to your own initiative will be key skills required by the successful candidate.

Under our local labour initiative, we are positively encouraging applicants residing in close proximity to the work site. Due to the remote location of the customer premises, travel by car to and from work is essential.
