Corporate Sales Manager

Up to £40,000 per annum plus uncapped commission on new business with OTE up to £45,000 and fantastic benefits

Our Corporate Sales Manager

At The Newt,our luxury corporate gifting reflects the quality,craftsmanship and provenance of our estate.

We're looking for an ambitious Corporate Sales Manager to accelerate our corporate gifting business by winning new customers,securing high-value partnerships and delivering exceptional sales growth.

You'll build a pipeline of blue-chip organisations,luxury brands and leading institutions,converting opportunities into long-term commercial relationships. From seasonal gifting programmes to year-round partnerships,you'll position The Newt as the premium choice in luxury corporate gifting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and exceed ambitious sales,revenue and margin targets.
Win new corporate business and build a pipeline of high-value opportunities.
Secure and grow strategic partnerships with blue-chip organisations and premium brands.
Lead commercial negotiations to maximise revenue and profitability.
Develop existing accounts through upselling,cross-selling and long-term relationship management.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting,pipeline management and CRM reporting.
Represent The Newt as the premium partner for luxury corporate gifting.

What we're looking for

A proven B2B sales professional with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Experience winning and growing high-value corporate accounts within luxury,premium food,hospitality or a similar sector.
A confident negotiator who builds relationships and closes commercial opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent pipeline management and forecasting skills.
Experience using CRM systems,ideally HubSpot.
Resilient,self-motivated and driven by delivering exceptional results.
A polished communicator who represents premium brands with confidence and credibility.

You'll join our Product Team,working alongside Buying,Merchandising,Operations and Marketing to drive the growth of The Newt's premium corporate gifting business.

Together,you'll bring exceptional products to market,deliver outstanding customer experiences and position The Newt as the leading name in luxury corporate gifting.
