Full job description

Daylage Construction Ltd (InstaHaus) — Bridgwater, Somerset TA7 0DQ
Part-time, with potential to grow to full-time | PAYE | £15–£18.50 per hour, DOE

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude, to manage our office and support the Director directly.

The main focus of this role is handling incoming customer enquiries, running our sales process, and managing our marketing and social media presence. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, coordinating quotes, drawings and scheduling through to handover.

Alongside this, you'll run the day-to-day office: ordering materials and supplies, keeping our systems and equipment running smoothly, managing emails, phones and WhatsApp for the business, and generally keeping things organised and on track.

What you'll be doing:

Handling all incoming customer enquiries and running the sales process through to handover
Managing our Monday.com CRM and keeping customer records accurate and up to date
Preparing and sending quotes, contracts and brochures, and checking these for accuracy
Organising site visits and coordinating scheduling with the workshop
Managing business emails, phone lines and WhatsApp
Ordering office materials and supplies, and keeping equipment and systems running
General office administration and day-to-day organisation

What we're looking for:

A genuinely keen eye for detail — this is essential
Strong tech skills, including confidence with CRM systems and AI tools
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle a diverse range of tasks
A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort working as part of a small, hands-on team
Construction, project management or design experience would be an advantage
Strong sales skills ,written and verbal communication for dealing directly with customers
