We're looking to adopt a Commercial & Used Vehicle Sales Executive

Looking for a sales role where you're genuinely valued and actually enjoy coming to work?

Before you panic, there'll be no awkward family dinners, no one will ask you to cut the grass on a Sunday, and you definitely won't have to call us Mum and Dad! In 2025, we were honoured to be named Franchise Dealer of the Year and Best Employer of Excellence. We're now looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team, specialising in PBV (Platform Beyond Vehicle), Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), and Used Vehicle Sales.

What Actually Is a PBV?

PBV stands for Purpose-Built Vehicle, a vehicle designed with a specific business function in mind. Unlike traditional vans that require adaptation, Kia PBVs are built to be flexible from the start, with configurations for cargo, passenger transport, and specialist conversions.

The Role

No two days are the same. You'll be:

Helping business and retail customers find the right commercial or used vehicle.
Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Managing enquiries from first contact through to handover.
Identifying opportunities to grow our business through exceptional customer service.
Working alongside a friendly, experienced team who genuinely enjoy what they do.

About You

We're much more interested in the person than just the CV.

You'll ideally be:

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Friendly, approachable, and great with people.
Driven to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Organised and able to work on your own initiative.
A team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit business.

Previous motor trade or vehicle sales experience is desirable, but it isn't essential. If you've got the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
