Job Introduction

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to patrol designated areas of North Hertfordshire to enforce parking restrictions and issue Penalty Charge Notices.

You should have:

Excellent communication skills.
Experience in dealing with members of the public.
The willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions with occasional evening and weekend working.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ability to operate basic IT equipment.
A full driving license (automatic acceptable) and willingness to drive a council vehicle.

Knowledge of parking restrictions would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided along with a uniform.

Working pattern: Full time: 37 hours per week (4 days x 9.15 hours) Part time: 20 hours per week
