Church Lane Dental Requires Dental Receptionists for Evening and Weekend Work. Hours for Evenings are 5.30pm-11pm and Weekends are 8.30am-5PM.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Evening and Weekend Receptionist, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front-desk operations during evening and weekend hours, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the efficient running of our dental practice. If you thrive in a lively environment, enjoy engaging with people, and have a knack for organization, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact every day.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for evening and weekend slots
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating patient records accurately
Assist with billing procedures and processing payments securely at the front desk
Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects a professional and inviting environment
Support the dental team with various administrative duties as needed to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working during evening and weekend hours on a consistent schedule
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office or similar software
A positive attitude and eagerness to provide outstanding customer service
