Job Summary

LAFFAN DENTAL CARE are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental team! This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and is eager to contribute to a positive patient experience. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a warm and efficient atmosphere for both patients and staff alike. Dental Experience ESSENTIAL . We use DENTALLY software ,experience an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a welcoming environment.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments with precision and care.
Handle all incoming calls promptly, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately.
Maintain accurate patient records, update personal information, and manage appointment logs.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, billing, insurance processing, and payment collection.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and smooth daily operations.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety protocols at all times.

Experience

PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions.
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or practice management systems.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
