Full job description

```Duties```

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and inventory management.

- Create and develop new menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.

- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with high-quality standards and food safety regulations.

- Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.

- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff.

- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and industry best practices.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.

- Proficient in various cooking techniques and experienced in creating diverse menus.

As an Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences. Your leadership skills, culinary expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our restaurant. If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes, managing a team, and providing outstanding hospitality, we would love to hear from you. This is a split shift role so would suit someone that can commute or live local.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
