Highbridge Caravan Centre is the largest dealership in the south west for Caravans, Motorhomes and Campervans. Highbridge Caravan Centre is a family business developed over 60 years. As one of the largest outdoor leisure dealerships in the country we owe our success to an emphasis on exceeding customer expectations

We are currently looking to recruit Full Time Warranty Administrator at our Teigngrace, Devon Branch.

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our busy aftersales/warranty team. This is a fast-paced, varied and interesting role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process manufacturer warranty claims
Liaise with workshop, and parts teams to resolve manufacture warranty issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard
Provide updates as per customer requirements, and manage customer expectations
General office adhoc duties

The successful applicant will demonstrate

Customer-focused with a professional outlook.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident working independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment
Can demonstrate excellent Computer skills
Full driving licence essential

Full training and support will be given throughout.
