Full job description

FP Watson Ltd is a leading pharmacy dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Receive prescriptions from customers and hand them over to the dispensary team.
Handle over-the-counter medication sales and provide information on product usage.
Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
Monitor and manage stock levels of front-of-store merchandise.
Assist in creating attractive displays and promotions.
Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing customer concerns.

Key Requirements:

Medicine Counter Assistant course or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and over-the-counter medications.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.
