We are currently seeking a Part-time Reservationist to join our current Team. You will be working within a busy office being manned between the hours of 09.00am-18.00pm Monday to Saturday, (Saturday 09.00-17.00pm), usually one Saturday per month requiring you to work three days. Hours and days can be flexible and discussed with the applicant.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and services offered.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the system.
- Handle changes or cancellations of reservations professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.
Skills Required
- Strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest information.

- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Kingsmills Brand. You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
We are looking for a strong candidate who has previous experience within a Front Desk/Reservations Role.
