Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and providing clear information to callers
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office to update records and financial information
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to keep operations running seamlessly
Support billing and invoicing processes by preparing documents and verifying financial data with precision
Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve overall office efficiency

Requirements

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and administrative capabilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
Prior clerical experience with a focus on maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions
Solid organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones is preferred
