Overview
We are recruiting Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Previous hotel experience is preferred, as is familiarity with cleaning procedures.
Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages as required
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting and folding linens
- Maintain organised storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
