Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Saint Marychurch Road , Units 2-3, , Torquay, TQ1 4TY practice. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

Working pattern is as follows:

Monday 2pm to 8am

Tuesday 8am to 2pm

Weds 2pm to 8pm

Thursday 2pm to 8pm

Saturday 8.30 to 5.30pm

32 hours per week

Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
