Full job description

Brady Harvey Legal in Stony Stratford is seeking a Family Law Legal Assistant to work on research and writing projects relating to children, property, finance, mediation and general office administration.

The position is full-time or part-time on days and times that accommodate the person and projects. This is a work experience role to start.

You will need:-

Strong research, writing and verbal communication skills
Interest in learning about a variety of legal subjects and the practice of law
Interest in further career development in the law
Knowledge and interest in Family law is a plus, but not essential
Strong organisational skills
Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Office, Google, and social media products
Excellent attention to detail
Some knowledge of websites, including WordPress would be helpful but not essential
Enjoy working in an office
Enjoy talking to people in person and on the phone
Enjoy working as part of a team and alone
