We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of our social media presence and help grow engagement across our brands.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a social media professional who is passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and community engagement.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our social media channels, helping to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support marketing campaigns across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram and other social media platforms.
Develop and maintain content calendars and campaign plans.
Write captions, select hashtags, and optimise content for engagement and reach.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and community interactions.
Track and report on social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Work closely with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and designers to create compelling content.
Support influencer partnerships and promotional campaigns.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Visit company sites to capture content and promote brand activities.

About You

Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content creation role.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and current social media trends.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience creating social media content, including photography and basic video editing.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Creative, proactive, and highly organised.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
